General Rules

☆By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my TOS.
☆ You cannot use my art for NFTs/AI for any purposes whatsoever.

☆ All of my works are digital. No physical works will be given.
☆All prices are in USD (I’m not sure if Artistree converts currency)
☆Credit it some form is required and should be visible.
☆I can deny your commission request for any reason.

☆Commercial fee is 150% of final commission price.

☆There may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive.
☆Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I take measures to preserve most files for up to 3 months.
 

Video Game Characters

When commissioning your original game avatar, please provide me with the following:

☆Clear pictures of the character from all sides. Preferably on a solid color/blank background.
☆Detail close up of each part you want to focus on.
☆Item names for each part/set (so that I can look it up if needed).

 

Original Characters

When commissioning your original character, please provide me with the following:

​

☆Clear and colored pictures of the character (a very clear front facing picture AT LEAST)
☆Detail close up of each part you want to focus on.
 

Artist

☆As an artist, I retain full rights/copyright and ownership of the commissioned artwork: watermarking it, posting it to my sites, making videos, or using it in my gallery/portfolio (unless you request it to be a private order).

☆I reserve the right to take up to 3 weeks before starting on your order.
☆I reserve the right to decline any project/client for any reason.
☆Please keep in mind that my art skill is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the examples and the illustration you receive.

☆I can refund 100% if I haven't finished working on the sketch.
☆After the sketching, there will be no refunds.
☆If I cancel the commission request, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund depending on the stage.

Client

☆You may post the commission as long as you link it back to me.
☆Do not claim my work as your own.

☆You are NOT authorized to change, edit, modify my works without my permission.
☆Please do NOT trace over any of my artworks in any way, including the use of the artwork as a "base."

☆ All commissioned artwork is for personal usage only unless you paid for commercial usage.
☆You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your personal usage only (ie. NOT for sale).

☆Clients who have commission and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.

Payment

☆I will not be responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
☆It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price upfront after you accept the rough sketch.
commission AND have asked for payment.
☆NO form of any cryptocurrency is to be used whatsoever.
☆If payment is not made in a timely manner (48 hours) after I've placed the Invoice, the commission will be canceled.
☆Note: For letting artists keep 100% profit, CLIENTS will pay a small fee using Artistree. Please read their TOS/Info here.

NDA/Rush Fees

☆If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.
☆The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.
☆However, this also means that you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers yourself.

☆I do not accept any rush requests at the moment.

Work Process/Revisions

☆First, I will send a rough sketch of your commission request. Once accepted, request for payment will be made.
☆Once payment is fulfilled, I will work on finishing the drawing
☆You can request an update from me at any time.
☆The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.
☆I accept up to 2 major revisions in the sketch phase.
☆Any details I overlooked will be fixed for free.
☆I do not accept revisions after the final piece.
☆I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.

☆Commissions will be finished ranging from 3 weeks - 1 month depending on the project.
☆I will notify you of any delays.

Personal/Commercial Usage

Personal Usage
☆You may use the artwork for: avatars, phone/computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.
☆Anything that won't generate any kind of profit.

Commercial Usage
☆Live streams, music videos, thumbnails, anything that you will monetarily profit from
